Web·Craft ("we", "us") builds websites and lead automation for skilled-trades contractors. This page explains what we collect when you visit one of our marketing landing pages or book a demo call with us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Form submissions: name, phone number, email, business trade, years in business, and the answers you give in the qualifier form.
Booking data: the date and time you pick for your demo call, and the calendar you book on.
Browsing data: the URL you arrived from, the campaign or ad you clicked, the city or trade we tailored the page to, and basic device information (browser, screen size, language).
Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies for analytics and for the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel described below.
Meta Pixel and Advanced Matching
This page uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API so we can measure which ads produce real bookings, build re-marketing audiences, and improve our ad targeting. We have Meta's Automatic Advanced Matching turned on, which means information you type into our forms (such as your email address and phone number) is hashed in your browser before being sent to Meta. Meta uses the hashed values to attempt to match website visitors with their Facebook or Instagram account.
To follow up with you about the demo you booked (email and SMS reminders, a call from one of our team).
To pre-build a sample website for your business before our call.
To measure which ads, landing pages, and creatives produce real customers, so we can spend our budget on what actually works.
To improve the quality of our service and the relevance of future ads.
SMS messaging
When you book a demo with us, we send SMS reminders to the number you provided. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply. Web·Craft's SMS sender is approved under A2P 10DLC.
How we share your information
We do not sell your information. We share it with the following service providers strictly to operate the funnel you opted into:
GoHighLevel (CRM, calendar, SMS, and email delivery).
Meta (Facebook, Instagram) for ad measurement and audience building, as described above.
Cloudflare for website hosting and basic security analytics.
Stripe if and when you become a paying customer (billing only).
